US domestic shipping

US domestic shipping is available and the customer is responsible for any shipping cost.

We ship USPS, UPS, FedEx and it’s the customer preference. We do standard shipping only, but if the customer prefers it, we can arrange overnight shipping at an extra added cost.

International shipping

We will gladly ship anywhere outside the US, the customer is responsible for the full shipping cost. As it is impossible to determine when products shipped outside the US will arrive, we like to acknowledge this ahead of time and want you to understand this is out of our reach

Returns

Return Cost

Because our products are 100% customized, returns are not available once the product is completed. We can return 50% in orders that are canceled prior to the final customization of the product.

10 Days to Return

If your product is damaged upon arrival, we will gladly replace your item when you return the damaged product before 10 days of arrival

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are for the same product only, no exchanges will be done.
